Actually Thom missed an opportunity to explain how modern food science has enabled the industry to produce food, that actually is, as, or more addicting than food, by mixing just the right proportions of fat, salt and sugar. Now you know why those ingredients are in EVERYTHING. Buy as fresh as you can, and cook as much as possible yourself, maybe better yet – eat raw. We can fight this thing.
