Ok – so today I went to the grocery and ordered some sliced turkey breast from the deli. Unfortunately I did not say WHICH brand I wanted, so when I got home I found I had the wet, slimey, chopped up and regurgitated into a turkey breast look alike product. This prompted me to do a google search on “what have they done to chicken breast deli meat?”? The search brought me to this site on “meat glue” that proclaims “the future of gastronomy belongs to chemistry”. Yum!
